    1. Nicely done! Personally, I could do without what passes for "love" in this world and be happy with the island breeze.

  2. Lets hope it's just a temporary exile :)

    1. Thank you. But I know these old gals, Ellie and The Cheese. They and I have sworn off what passes for "love" but is really just people using other people. We've sworn to never let ourselves get hurt again as we have in the past.
Honestly, I find that being alone isn't so bad. Better to be alone by oneself than to be alone with the wrong person.
      Thanks for visiting!

  3. aloha Dolly/Eleonora - i suspect a lot of people can identify with this thought. still. . . . it looks to me like that island might be fun to explore with or without someone else. aloha.

    1. It took me a while to learn that I wasn't less of a person when I didn't have a partner.
Actually, my ideal scenario with this island is a group of friends and some umbrella drinks--with or without alcohol. :-)

We love comments, with three caveats.
Be cool, Fool.
Don't be rude, Dude.
Don't be a prick, Slick.
That's all, Saul.
I try to get comments published as quickly as possible. I don't always reply to comments on my blog, but I do try to visit as many people as possible when I participate in blog hops and I share links where possible to Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and such so others can discover your work. I do read and appreciate your comments.
