I have canceled

the fear of what you think

of what I may think

or what I may be

what you make of me

whether I am unsophisticated 

because I have never been to Paris

I have canceled

the fear of your judgment

of what I believe

or cannot believe

I believe in ghosts

or at least the possibility of

your opinions will no longer scare us

I believe in the possibility of ghosts, and I've seen some shit. 

I don't care if you believe in ghosts or not. I don't have any intention of arguing with anyone about it. I'm just tired of people with "my way or the highway" attitudes and closed minds.
