Hello to my -666 fans.
I haven't abandoned the poetry challenge. I decided to devote my energies to my story for this year's Deathlehem anthology from Grinning Skull Press. I only found out about the anthology this month. Now that I know that the Deathlehem anthology is an annual thing, I will start on next year's entry earlier when I know the theme.
I will start back into the poetry challenge with today's prompt, because as Hal T. Petorayn says in my Deathlehem entry, Silent Scream, "the T stands for Today because there is no day like today to begin." I will mix the missed prompts with the November PAD Challenge prompts.
While creation is my preferred aspect of writing, I'm learning that I'm not "letting things slide" when I take time for editing or when I realize that I can't be constantly embroiled in multiple projects. After a time, it becomes like horrible homework when I'm constantly putting pressure on myself to be all things to everyone. I'm not going to do that anymore.

We love comments, with three caveats.
Be cool, Fool.
Don't be rude, Dude.
Don't be a prick, Slick.
That's all, Saul.
I try to get comments published as quickly as possible. I don't always reply to comments on my blog, but I do try to visit as many people as possible when I participate in blog hops and I share links where possible to Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, and such so others can discover your work. I do read and appreciate your comments.
