30 Days of Haiga 2021: Like a Lone Wolf
Rick Daddario of the 19 Planets Blog used to host a 30 Days of Haiga challenge every September. He hasn't done so since 2014, but it was a tradition that I enjoyed.
I'm not hosting a challenge, but if you happen to think this is a cool idea, you're welcome to share links to your own creations.
I've always enjoyed the Haiku prompts provided by Kristian from the Carpe Diem blog, but he has been enduring personal challenges with the death of his mother and, as a nurse, is having to work extended hours due to COVID.
I use the Pixlr program to create photo art, so I think that what I will do is just use one of their suggested images as a prompt. Probably the first image that pops up so I don't get mired in decision-making. At the end of the month, I may put together the resulting Haiga as an e-chapbook.
I'm still working on formatting December Mood. It may be December of this year before I get it done.
