I'm hoping to get permission from the creator of the above ribbon to be allowed to use the design as a tattoo.

Thank you for sharing your love for your Dad. My daddy would have been 100 this year. The ribbon would make a good tribute tattoo. Hope you get permission to use it, can't imagine why you wouldn't.
