For this poem, try to get into the heads of those you see as pure evil. How do they justify their actions? How do they see them as good? Either write your poem as a villain(s) praising all the good they do, OR as someone trying to see the good in everyone talking about a villain.
I didn't do either of these things. I selected a "just the facts" approach. The poetic form is compound word verse.
